Garud Puran mein janm se lekar mrityu aur agle janm tak ki har baat ka jikr hai. Yahan jaane ki kin sthitiyon mein ek purush ko agle janm mein ek stree ka sharir dharna karna padta hai. Bhagwan Shri Krishna ne Geeta mein kaha hai ki atma ajar-amar hai. Jis prakar ek vyakti kapde badalta hai, usi prakar atma punarjanm ke madhyam se apna sharir badalti hai. Yah prakriya tab tak chalti rahati hai jab tak atma mukt nahin ho jati. Garud Puran mein bhi atma ke janm ka baar-baar jikr kiya gaya hai, lekin aise mein yah saval akasar man mein aata hai ki atma ka koi ling nahin hota. To phir koi janm ke samay yah kaise nirdharit kar sakta hai ki kaun si atma aisa karegi? Kis atma ko purush ka sharir milega aur kis atma ko stree ka sharir milega? Saath hi, kya ab purush sharir mein rahne wali atma agle janm mein purush banegi ya use stree sharir bhi mil sakta hai? In sabhi savalon ke javab Garud Puran mein bhi milte hain. Aaiye aapko iske bare mein batate hain.
In Teen Stithiyaan mein Purush ko Banana Padta hai Stree
1. Garud Puran ke anusar, jab koi atma, purush ya mahila, naya janm leti hai toh use apne sharir ke anusar kaam karna padta hai aur apne karma poore karne padte hai. Atma sharir ke madhyam se karma karke hi apne janam ke uddeshy ko saarthak ya nirarthak bana sakti hai. Acche karma atma ko mukti ke marg par le ja sakte hai, jabki bure karma bhavishya mein uski sthiti kharaab kar sakte hai. Agar koi purush kisi mahila ki tarah vyavhar karta hai swabhav mein mahilao wali aadatein le aata hai ya wohi kaam karna chahta hai jo ek mahila ko karna chahiye toh aise purush ki atma agle janam mein mahila ke sharir par kabza kar leti hai. Isi tarah agar koi insaan jaanwar ki tarah vyavhar karta hai aur unhi cheezon ka sewan karta hai jo jaanwar khate hai, toh aisa insaan agle janm mein nishchit roop se jaanwar hi banega.
2. Iske alawa, Garud Puran ke anusar manushya ka agla janm is baat par bhi nirbhar karta hai ki vyakti mrityu ke antim kshan mein kya karta hai. Yadi koi purush apni mrityu ke antim kshanon mein kisi stri ki yaad mein apne pran tyag deta hai, toh use agle janam mein stri banana padta hai. Vahi, yadi woh antim samay mein Bhagwaan ka naam svikar kar leta hai toh woh moksh ka marg apnayega. Arthaat mrityu ke antim kshan ka vichaar hi agle janm ka aadhar banata hai. Isiliye shastra kehte hain ki mrityu se pehle hamesha Ram ka naam lena chahiye.
3. Kisi purush ke agle janm mein stri banne ka teesra kaaran hai stri par atyaachaar karna aur stri ka apmaan karna. Jo vyakti apni patni ka samman nahi karta aur uske prati asamaanjanak vyavhar karta hai usse agle janam mein stri bankar apni pichle janam ki galatiyon ki saja bhi bhugatni padti hai.

गरुड़ पुराण में जन्म से लेकर मृत्यु और अगले जन्म तक की हर बात का जिक्र है। यहां जानें कि किन स्थितियों में एक पुरुष को अगले जन्म मे एक स्त्री का शरीर धारण करना पड़ता है। भगवान श्री कृष्ण ने गीता में कहा है कि आत्मा अजर-अमर है। जिस प्रकार एक व्यक्ति कपड़े बदलता है, उसी प्रकार आत्मा पुनर्जन्म के माध्यम से अपना शरीर बदलती है। यह प्रक्रिया तब तक चलती रहती है जब तक आत्मा मुक्त नहीं हो जाती। गरुड़ पुराण में भी आत्मा के जन्म का बार-बार जिक्र किया गया है, लेकिन ऐसे में यह सवाल अक्सर मन में आता है कि आत्मा का कोई लिंग नहीं होता। तो फिर कोई जन्म के समय यह कैसे निर्धारित कर सकता है कि कौन सी आत्मा ऐसा करेगी? किस आत्मा को पुरुष का शरीर मिलेगा और किस आत्मा को स्त्री का शरीर मिलेगा? साथ ही, क्या अब पुरुष शरीर में रहने वाली आत्मा अगले जन्म में पुरुष बनेगी या उसे स्त्री शरीर भी मिल सकता है? इन सभी सवालों के जवाब गरुड़ पुराण में भी मिलते हैं। आइये आपको इसके बारे में बताते हैं.
ऐसी तीन स्थितियाँ हैं जिनमें एक पुरुष को बनना पड़ता है। स्त्री
1. गरुड़ पुराण के अनुसार, जब कोई आत्मा, पुरुष या महिला, नया जन्म लेती है तो उसे अपने शरीर के अनुसार कार्य करना पड़ता है और अपने कर्म पूरे करने पड़ते हैं। आत्मा शरीर के माध्यम से कर्म करके ही अपने जन्म के उद्देश्य को सार्थक या निरर्थक बना सकती है। अच्छे कर्म आत्मा को मुक्ति के मार्ग पर ले जा सकते हैं, जबकि बुरे कर्म भविष्य में उसकी स्थिति खराब कर सकते हैं। अगर कोई पुरुष किसी महिला की तरह व्यवहार करता है स्वभाव में महिलाओं वाली आदतें ले आता है या वही काम करना चाहता है जो एक महिला को करना चाहिए तो ऐसे पुरुष की आत्मा अगले जीवन में महिला के शरीर पर कब्ज़ा कर लेती है। इसी तरह अगर कोई इंसान जानवर की तरह व्यवहार करता है और उन्हीं चीजों का सेवन करता है जो जानवर खाते हैं, तो ऐसा इंसान अगले जन्म में निश्चित रूप से जानवर ही बनेगा।
2. इसके अलावा, गरुड़ पुराण के अनुसार मनुष्य का अगला जन्म इस बात पर भी निर्भर करता है कि व्यक्ति मृत्यु के अंतिम क्षण में क्या करता है। यदि कोई पुरुष अपनी मृत्यु के अंतिम क्षणों में किसी स्त्री की याद में अपने प्राण त्याग देता है, तो उसे अगले जन्म में स्त्री बनना पड़ता है। वहीं, यदि वह अंतिम समय में भगवान का नाम स्वीकार कर लेता है तो वह मोक्ष का मार्ग अपनाएगा। अर्थात मृत्यु के अंतिम क्षण का विचार ही अगले जन्म का आधार बनता है। इसीलिए शास्त्र कहते हैं कि मृत्यु से पहले हमेशा राम का नाम लेना चाहिए।
3. किसी पुरुष के अगले जन्म में स्त्री बनने का तीसरा कारण है स्त्री पर अत्याचार करना और स्त्री का अपमान करना। जो व्यक्ति अपनी पत्नी का सम्मान नहीं करता और उसके प्रति असम्मानजनक व्यवहार करता है उसे अगले जन्म में स्त्री बनकर अपनी पिछले जन्म की गलतियों की सजा भी भुगतनी पड़ती है।

If a man, in his last moments, gives up his life thinking about a woman, then he has to become a woman in his next birth.
